Sales has been at the heart of Stuart’s career for more than 30 years. Early on he realised that understanding customers’ needs and clearly presenting your product or service were essential to sales success, so he achieved certification with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Stuart progressed in his sales career from Sales Executive with BMW and Volvo brands to Sales Management with Jaguar and then on to Head of Business roles with Jaguar, Skoda, BMW and MINI.

Through this experience Stuart recognised creating ethical behaviours and actions within a business benefits your customers, your staff and leads to long term growth. After taking a sabbatical year in 2020, Stuart started Ethical Sales Pro in 2021 to provide training and consultancy to businesses and professions that want strategies to attract their ideal clients to transact with them, whilst inspiring their staff to reach their full potential.

Stuart’s achievements include National Sales Dealer of the Year with Jaguar. Most Improved Retailer of the Year with Skoda and Retailer Group of the Year with Jaguar Land Rover. Outside of this his dealerships operated in the top quartile of their respective brands for Sales and Customer Service. Stuart is a Level 5 qualified coach and mentor and Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, so increasing his ability to develop and release the potential within others.
